No More Excuses |
This blog will document my weight loss journey. It will be one that is very long and difficult, I am using tumblr as my means of sharing this journey. So for the past week and a half I have worked out 7/10 days which I think isn’t bad! Yesterday I did the Wii fit for 45minutes and got a good amount of cardio in. Today I went to the gym, did the treadmill for 22 minutes and the bike for 18 minutes. After that I did a few ab exercises and push ups. I’m feeling pretty good overall, I’m hoping for a good loss this week. I haven’t been able to weigh myself accurately for 3 weeks because I was at my moms house for winter break, however now that I am back at school I can now use my scale again and have an accurate count. On December 17th I was 273.8 and this morning I was 272.4. I am happy that I didn’t gain anything, I wish I would’ve lost more, but a pound is a pound. Plus the holidays were tough as well as going out to the bars for a few days around the New Year! I’ll start officially weighing in on Wednesdays again starting this week. Hoping to make it a good one!
